Our Principles
- We do not operate a franchise or pyramid selling structure.
- Class time is not wasted on aerobics or fitness regimes, 100% of class time is spent on core principles of the system.
- We do not withhold knowledge to be taught in expensive private lessons.

Instructors certified by SWCKF, who open their own clubs, can continue training with us but are Administratively and Financially Independent of SWCKF.
- Students can take private lessons but its not a requirement in order to learn the complete system, all aspects of the system are taught fully in open class.
