Grand Master LUN GAI
Whilst we were in Foshan were were invited to do a demonstration at the Choi Lei Fat 160th celebrations.
This was a great honour as we were the only Non-Choi Lei Fat group to be included in the celebration day.
We visited the Choi Lei Fat Headquarters and took the opportunity to visit one of GGM Ip Man's original Foshan students.
GM Lun Gai was a gentleman in every sense of the word.
Generous with his time and knowledge and I felt honoured when he asked me to demonstrate on one of his Wooden Dummies.
He has sadly since passed away, a great loss to the Wing Chun community and to Somerset Wing Chun Kung Fu.
He will be dearly missed.
