Somerset Wing Chun Kung Fu 

Sifu Bill, supported by Senior Club Instructor Dan Bazell and Senior Student Sammy Aldridge delivered a follow up session to last years highly successful Self Defence Session.

The Moor Hens Ladies were as always very enthusiastic and really got stuck in.

The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

The ladies were having so much fun this proved to be another successful session.
