Wudang Mountains 

VISIT TO THE WUDANG MOUNTAINS WITH GM KWOK

GM Kwok kindly arranged a visit to the Wudang Mountains in Central China and to the Daoist Monastery. This involved crossing from Hong Kong to the mainland, taking a 5 hour Bullet Train journey followed by a 6 hour coach trip, but it was really worth it.

Somerset Wing Chun Kung Fu also visited a local Tai Chi group who train near the mountain.
